Guaranteeing a check is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply swipe the drivers’ license of the check writer through the reader, and everything is filled in (you must type it in for licenses without an AAMVA compatible magnetic stripe). Then, enter the check number and amount. Then press “Validate”, and in a few seconds you have your approval! Write the information on the check, as shown below, and deposit as usual. If this check comes back to you, just send it to CrossCheck in the supplied envelope, and they will pay you the face amount (up to the limit of $1000, including your bank’s fees, if you have selected that option). There are NO Forms to fill out- just send the check, what could be easier?
