Cash Receipts

Pocket Verifier for the Windows Mobile Smartphone has the Cash receipts option built right in!  This makes it easy to give your customers professional receipts for cash purchases!

1.      Logon to your account and go to the Main Index.

2.      Turn on the Pocket Spectrum.

3.      Select Menu > Cash Sale.

4.      The Sale Information Wizard appears immediately, unlike the previous credit card and ACH/Checking sales screens.

5.      Enter the following information:

a.       Amount:           32.59

b.      Tip:                  7.50

6.      Select Next.

Select Print to print the receipt. You can also save this transaction by selecting:
Menu > Save Transaction.
