Introduction

Card Collector Station is your sales Processing Terminal.
After using Card Collector Mobile to take all your transactions, Hotsync your Palm PDA to the computer that contains Card Collector Station. After Hotsync, all your transactions are downloaded to Card Collector Station. Then, with the click of a single button, each transaction is processed through the Payment Gateway! 
 
  

 Hardware/Software Requirements

   • Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, or Widows XP OS
   • Palm Desktop 4.0 or greater recommended
   • Internet connection required for processing transactions
   • Windows “graphics-capable” printer required for printing receipts
   • Keyboard and Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
     
 
   

 Quick Start Tutorial

Card Collector Station was designed to process transactions from your PDA in just a few quick steps.

Step 1:
Hotsync your PDA with the Computer.
All pending transactions from your PDA are downloaded to the Card Collector Station Software.

Step 2:
Open Card Collector Station.
If Card Collector Station was already open during the Hotsync process, click on the
Refresh button to load the newly uploaded transactions.

Step 3:
Click on the Process... button.
Card Collector Station establishes a connection to the Processing Gateway through the internet and processes all your pending transactions. Upon completion, transaction results are displayed in a log file.
     

Step 4:
Select a transaction and click on the Print button.
Receipts are printed with an electronic signatures (if available). You can even double-click on an item to display detailed information about the transaction.
