Voice Authorization:
		If you cannot connect to Transaction Central, due to a network outage or other problem, you can receive authorizations by telephone. When you receive an authorization by phone, the customer's card is 'locked out' of the funds, but in order to receive them, you MUST enter it in Transaction Central using the "FORCE AUTH" button. Look at your statements for your Visa / Mastercard "long" Merchant ID.
