All you need to do, is press this button, enter the check number (it must
be over 100, and cannot be a starter check), enter the amount (this must
be over one dollar), and the check writer's license number and state of issue.

Note: You can accept State-issued Driver's Licenses as well as State-issued
Identification cards with this system. You can also use a Military ID (active)
using State Code "MP", or insure a company check using the listed
company phone number with the state code "PH"
