The
"Grey Market" consists of people who sell phones, purchasing
them in large quantities from authorized dealers at a discount, and
reselling them to the public. These grey marketers often have no
ability to return the defective phones to the authorized dealer, so now
they are "stuck" with a defective phone... What can they
do... eBay! eBay gives them a perfect opportunity to dump
the defective product on consumers, who then have little or no
recourse. The
solution for this dilemma, at least for Sprint and Verizon phones is
to get the ESN (Electronic Serial Number) off the phone you are
interested in and call the carrier. Ask them if that serial number
has ever been activated before, and if they tell you it has, watch out,
it could be a returned unit. If not, at least you have a fair
chance of success! GSM phones (Cingular, T-Mobile, AT&T) use a
removable SIM card so you cannot tell if the phone was a returned item
or not. |

It not only
works perfectly with our software, using the special
version of Pocket Verifier Professional we developed for the Treo 700w and
the 6510/6515. The 6515 has a
connector on the bottom that is completely compatible with our Pocket
Merchant Card reader and Printer, as well as having Bluetooth, so
you can also use our Pocket Spectrum Card reader and Printer as
well! This flexibility allows you the choice between these two
popular devices, The Pocket
Merchant for simplicity and lowest cost, or the Pocket
Spectrum for total freedom from cables! Since this unit has Quad band GSM, it is the perfect choice for merchants who travel abroad to conventions and trade fairs. It's built in GPS makes it a natural for domestic Merchants who need mapping or navigation capabilities as well.

This
amazing Micro-UV
“black” light is perfect for
spotting those fake credit cards, counterfeit currency, or any other item
that has Ultra Violet (UV) properties. Simply push the button on the side
of the light and a bright blue UV light is emitted. Small enough for our
mobile merchants to take anywhere!
Simply shine the light behind the strip to ensure that the bill has the correct color. ![]() Use the Micro-UV light to check credit cards. All major credit cards have letters or an image printed on the front of the card in UV ink. Most fake credit cards DON’T HAVE any UV printing.
