PC, Mobile, & Internet users to get Diners! 



Our users of PC, Mobile and Internet systems will get Diners automatically!

 

RunningBrain.com is the home of the popular book "Running the Crim", and a number of cool logo'd items.   Dr. Ellis is a geriatric psychiatrist and reformed couch-potato who took a new path towards health and longevity in the year 2001, by getting off the couch and down the road. He is now an avid road-race runner and wants to share information
about the life-changing power of walking and running programs like the Crim
Training Program.

They use a Treo 600 with Pocket Merchant at events and expos, using Pocket Verifier for the credit card sales, and our Pocket Change software for their cash sales.

Mastercard just bought Diners club!  What this means to you, it that you will now be able to accept Diner's Club cards with no extra effort.

If you get a Diner's club card, and it begins with a "5", that means that it is a US issued card.  If it Begins with a "3", it is from Canada, or other non-US country.

Your Pocket Verifier, CardReader Plus, and PC Verifier software packages already know about these cards, and are ready to deal with them.  

Your account will be set up to accept these cards automatically, and the change will be in place by October 31, 2005.



This system-wide change is already started, so many of our merchants can already accept diner's club, but we cannot guarantee that all of you will have this feature until the end of the month, but if you get a Diner's Club card in the meantime, by all means, give it a try!

If you have a "Dial Up" terminal, call 888-835-1777 AFTER October 31st,  and they can download a new program for your terminal, which will allow you to take Diner's Club cards with your Mastercard account.

Remember, you will be able to accept Diner's Club SOMETIME during the month, but we can guarantee it's operation only after October 31st.
