"Creating Technology to Improve your Business"
Using a secure link over the Internet, the user enters the credit card information into their Internet Browser. The information is sent via SSL 3.0 (The latest, most secure form of encrypted communication available outside of the U.S. Government), and processed at our Payment Transaction Facility in Newport Beach, California. Once authorized, the authorization code is sent to you, and the funds are transferred from the customer’s credit card. Once each day (currently midnight Pacific Time), the transactions made are ‘settled’ (an accumulation of all of your transactions for the day, minus any that you may have cancelled yourself), and the funds transferred into your checking account. You will have access to these funds within 2 to 3 business days after the transaction.
You can access and print reports from your home or office over the Internet, with complete privacy and security. Electronic Check Processing, also known as “ACH” works in a very similar manner, using the “ABA” (also known as the Transit, or Bank Routing Number) and the Checking Account number just like a credit card.
You can also enter and verify Credit Cards using your Palm OS or Windows CE based PDA.
